Enfield High School Student Mural

The Office of the Superintendent is pleased to announce that Enfield High School Students enrolled in Honors Art & Community, a new course at EHS, are currently engaged in a captivating community art project.  They are creating two life-size murals at the Riverside Reptiles Education Center.  In the images captured, you can see their collaborative efforts, guided by the creative vision and leadership of seniors Abby Poreda and Alexis Mastrangelo.  These pictures detail the intricate process of painting a massive 20 ft. saltwater crocodile on the exterior of the crocodile enclosure, and a majestic Galapagos tortoise adjacent to the tortoise exhibit.  The anticipated completion date for these murals is Friday, June 7th.  For an opportunity to admire their remarkable artwork and explore a diverse array of over 100 species, visit Riverside Reptiles, Connecticut's sole reptile and amphibian zoo.

Murals created by: Hailey Fausel, Eve Furey, Emily Kokoszka, Alexis Mastrangelo, Evelina Olsen, Jaelyn Paoletta, Abby Poreda, and Anna Wilcox.
